We are adhered to the Vaccination Program of the Consellería de Sanitat Valenciana and the Comunidad de Madrid, which allows us to attend to any citizen who wishes to start or continue their vaccination schedule in our clinic.

What is pediatrics

Pediatrics specializes in monitoring the health and development of children from birth to 18 years of age. This discipline encompasses not only the treatment of diseases, but also the prevention of health risks and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. In our units, we have highly specialized pediatric teams that guarantee comprehensive care.

Our physicians are dedicated to assessing the physical, mental and emotional well-being of children at different stages of their development:

• Neonates (7-29 days)

• Infants (1 month to 2 years)

• Preschoolers (3-5 years)

• School children (6-12 years)

• Puberty (13-15 years)

• Adolescence (16-18 years)

In addition, we are prepared to care for premature children when necessary.

We recommend that the first appointment with the pediatrician be made during the first week of the baby's life. It is also advisable to visit a pediatrician during the prenatal period to adequately prepare for the arrival of the new member of the family.

Pediatric check-ups are carried out following the recommendations of the General Directorate of Health, ensuring that the deadlines and protocols established for child care are met.

What is the maximum age for pediatric consultations?

The maximum age for pediatric care is 18 years old, thus ensuring adequate follow-up throughout childhood and adolescence.
