Regenerative treatment with exosomes
At Affidea, we use professional-grade exosomes to support skin and hair regeneration. Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that carry signals (factors and microRNAs) capable of modulating cell communication. In aesthetics, they are used in a non-injectable form (assisted topical application) to enhance the radiance, texture, and balance of the skin, and as an adjuvant for the scalp.
Who is it recommended for?
Face with uneven texture, visible pores, dull tone, or signs of fatigue.
Superficial marks post-acne (non-inflammatory) and dehydrated/reactive skin that needs barrier reinforcement.
Scalp with diffuse loss of density or thinning of the hair shaft (as an adjunct).
Maintenance after gentle peels, non-ablative laser or microneedling (according to professional assessment).
What does the protocol at Affidea consist of?
Skin/scalp diagnosis: We analyze skin type, skin barrier, sensitivity, and objectives.
Preparation: Hygiene and barrier adjustment (pH). Specific cleansing of the scalp.
Opening of microchannels (non-injectable): Controlled micropuncture or hydrodermabrasion devices to facilitate penetration without aggression.
Application of exosomes: High-tolerance exosome solutions, selected by indication (hydration, sebum regulation, comfort, antioxidant).
Sealing and soothing: Repairing serum (niacinamide/ceramides or others) and soothing mask. We finish with photoprotection on the face.
Duration: 45–60 min · Comfort: high · Low: immediate (there may be slight and temporary redness).
Expected benefits
More uniform texture and more luminous skin.
Improved hydration and comfort; more stable skin barrier.
Refined appearance of pores and more even tone.
For hair: more balanced scalp and appearance of greater density with consistency.
