Affidea offers you laboratory tests for genetic studies to determine the genetic link in the first degree between an individual and his or her male or female parent.
PATERNITY TEST: NO JUDICIAL VALUE
The paternity test determines whether there is a kinship relationship between a person and an alleged biological father or mother.
The samples analyzed are preferably saliva, as it is easy and painless to obtain, although complex samples such as cigarette butts, fingernails or toothbrushes can also be analyzed.
PATERNITY TEST: WITH JUDICIAL VALUE
The paternity test determines if there is a kinship relationship between a person and his or her alleged biological father or mother, with judicial value. This test must be performed in order to present it as evidence before the Courts of Justice, administration and consulates. It requires chain of custody and identification of the participants.
