Food Intolerances

Food intolerances occur without the person being aware of them, gradually affecting their health. They are an adverse reaction of the metabolism to the ingestion of a certain food or a component thereof. It can manifest itself as diarrhea, chronic fatigue, stomach or headache, inflammation of joints. But also as overweight and skin problems. Clinical tests for food intolerance are performed by means of a blood sample.
