Service description
The medical examination for those who perform sports activities is a requirement increasingly demanded by all levels that are related to these activities and, above all, when athletes are of school age.
Objectives
To evaluate the state of health of school-age children.
To detect possible pathologies that absolutely or relatively contraindicate the practice of sports.
To know the degree of adaptation of schoolchildren to the effort they have to make.
To provide advice on issues related to possible health problems detected. In any case, it is not the competence of our service, the performance of complementary tests or specific treatments.
Requirements
It will be indispensable that there is an express authorization of the parents or guardians for the realization of the medical examination.
