Service description
Any person who undergoes a hyperbaric environment must first undergo a specialized medical examination. In addition, periodic examinations are mandatory for access to any diving medical certificate that enables you to enter a hyperbaric environment (apart from the initial examination).
SERMESA has medical centers authorized to issue Medical Certificates of Competence in Underwater and Hyperbaric Medicine. Therefore, we are specialists in Diving Medical Certificate.
The periodicity of the examinations is determined by the order of October 14, 1997, which approves the safety standards for the exercise of underwater activities:
Annual, for divers and professional divers.
Biannual, in the case of sport-recreational divers.
