The legal basis of data processing is the user’s consent and if it does not provide data your appointment will not be able to be managed. The data will be retained as he relationship is maintained, and no deletion is requested and, in any case, in compliance with legal time limits that apply.

The data will be kept for two years.

The data will be transferred to the owner entity in which the Center has requested an appointment with the sole purpose of managing it and not international transfers, except in case of legal obligation, will be made.

The person concerned can exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and limitation or opposition to the data controller, by writing to the above address enclosing a copy of ID card or other identification document. You also may at any time withdraw your consent by contacting the above address and complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.agpd.es).

The legal basis of data processing is the user’s consent and if the users does not allow he/she will not be able to enter into the recruitment process. The data will be kept for two years.

The data will not be transferred.  Nor international transfers shall be made, unless legally required.
